Re-index and remove sources
Your bot answers from whatever sits in its knowledge base right now. Change a page, swap a file, or drop a product, and you want that reflected fast. Re-indexing rereads your sources; removing one wipes its answers on the spot.
Re-index everything at once
After a round of edits, click Re-index all at the top of your knowledge base. Ovellan rereads every source and rebuilds the bot's answers from the current version.
Re-index or remove one source
To refresh a single source, use the re-index icon on its row. To take it out completely, use delete. A removed source, and every answer it fed, is gone from the bot immediately.
Any site you crawl re-crawls automatically about once a week, so routine content changes flow in without you clicking anything. Re-index by hand when you want a change live now.
