Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Your chatbot keeps working, but new conversations beyond your monthly limit show a short unavailable message until the next cycle or an upgrade.
Is there an intro offer?
Yes, on either billing cycle. Starter is €1 for your first month. Business and Enterprise are €8.99/mo for the first 3 months. After the intro period each plan bills at its standard rate, and you can cancel anytime.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Switch to the Annual tab on any plan to save 15% versus monthly. The annual plan is billed monthly at the lower rate, so your headline price is always lower than monthly.
Do you take a cut of my conversations?
No. Plans are flat monthly or annual fees. There are no per-message surcharges.
