Ovellan is a Dutch platform for AI chat agents on business websites and web shops. The agent is trained on a company's own pages, documents and product feed, answers customer questions in any language, cites the source of its answers and hands over to a member of staff when needed. Ovellan is hosted at Hetzner in Germany, keeps all data inside the European Union and integrates with WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento and WhatsApp. Ovellan is registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 42085812.
