Ovellan moves to per-seat pricing with usage included
Ovellan has replaced its pricing model. A subscription now includes a fixed number of seats and a conversation allowance per month, with extra seats at a fixed rate. The change is aimed at businesses that could not predict their bill under per-conversation pricing.
Why it changed
Under per-conversation pricing a busy month costs more than a quiet one, which makes a chat agent hard to budget for. Seats plus an allowance make the bill predictable, and the allowance covers ordinary use for most businesses.
Seats scale up to twenty; above that the plan moves to Enterprise, which is quoted separately.
