Connect WhatsApp
Your bot does not have to live only on your site. Connect your WhatsApp Business number and the same bot, with the same knowledge, answers WhatsApp chats too.
Open the WhatsApp channel
Go to Channels, find WhatsApp Business and click Connect. You will sign in with Meta and pick the WhatsApp Business number you want the bot to answer on.
See the bot reply
Once it is linked, every message to that number is answered by your bot, day and night. It reads from the same knowledge base as your website widget, so answers stay consistent everywhere.
