Roles and permissions
Not everyone on your team needs the keys to everything. Ovellan has three roles, so people can do their job without touching what they should not.
The three roles
An Owner runs the account, billing included. An Admin can change the bot and its knowledge but not billing. An Agent answers chats in the inbox, and nothing more. The table lays out exactly who can do what.
Give the smallest role that fits
Most support teammates only need Agent. Hand out Admin only to people who genuinely set up the bot, and keep Owner to the one or two people who handle billing.
