Reply from the shared inbox
The bot handles most chats on its own, but you still want eyes on them, and a way to step in. The shared inbox puts every conversation, from every channel, in one place.
Read every conversation
The left column lists all your chats, newest first. Filter by Open to see what still needs attention, or Mine for the ones you have joined. Click any conversation to read the full thread.
Jump in as a human
When a chat needs a person, click Join conversation. The bot steps back, the visitor is told a human is here, and you reply straight from the composer. The bot often flags these for you when it senses it is out of its depth.
Let the bot tee you up
You do not have to watch the inbox all day. The bot handles the routine and only nudges you when a chat genuinely needs a human, so you spend your time where it counts.
